Illustration and Branding
I am so proud of this collection of home goods featuring my custom illustrations and designs in collaboration with The Friends of Santa Cruz State Parks. Each design was individually inspired from my field observations and onsite sketching at Wilder Ranch, Natural Bridges, Nisene Marks and Sea Cliff State Parks in Santa Cruz County.
Our collaboration started over a picnic table on a sun splashed morning at Wilder Ranch State Park. The Park’s design directive was to create site specific imagery that reflected the unique character to each park to be sold in the Park’s five gift shops. Utilizing local and ecologically responsible sources was a mandate.
Sourcing local businesses and eco-friendly resources was part of the fun and community building! In doing so I have established new relationships and collaborated with local businesses in digital printing, silk screening, and certified green printing that can deliver of wide range of custom goods and products.
